Allez Apartments

The Allez Apartments in Redmond, Washington border the Sammamish River Trail.  White Swisspearl cement composite panels were used on the street facing elevations to keep maintenance minimal and match the high-end look of adjacent buildings. Panels were installed in a rear vented rainscreen system with color matched face fasteners over vertical timber battens.
