Odin Apartments

Located in Seattle's resurgent Ballard neighborhood, this apartment complex was named for the chief god and All-father of Norse, as a nod to the strong influence of Nordic settlers in this waterside working community. Swisspearl Avera panels, featuring a naturally mottled appearance, cover most of the buildings street-facing elevations. The panels blend extremely well with the Corten steel and white brick that compose the rest of the building's façade.
