Stack House Apartments, Block 10

This project combines the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Supply Laundry Building, a City of Seattle historic landmark, with the development of new retail spaces and residential units. This apartment complex features both Swisspearl® cement composite panels and Citadel metal composite panels.

The property features several green and energy saving features including bio-swales and external sun shades that help reduce the heat gain. The energy-saving rear vented rainscreen Swisspearl system also assists the Stack House in surpassing industry standards for energy use. The project features Carat Coral Swisspearl cement composite panels.

Clear anodized Citadel Envelope 2000 Reveal system clads a large portion of the building's exterior, including many ground level areas. Ana Parke, RA at Runberg Architecture had this to say about the Citadel panels "We use Citadel products quite a bit on the ground levels because it's an upgrade from other products. It's the best way to get bang for your buck."
