12th Avenue Arts Building

The 12th Avenue Arts project provides 88 units of workforce housing, two performing arts venues, vibrant ground floor retail and restaurant space, incubator office space for non-profit organizations, and a secure underground parking facility for police officers of the East Precinct.

Citadel Envelope 2000 DRV metal composite panels with a Kynar® 500 Mica/Metallic Desert Sand finish clad the building's entrance and street facing elevation to provide a high-end modern aesthetic to the venue’s entrance.
