Several thicknesses of the three most common insulation materials (mineral wool, polyiso exterior boards, and polyiso spray foam) were modeled. Using the ECO Calculator, the layout can be determined and the corresponding wall's U Value can be provided. Continuous Insulation just got a whole lot simpler.

Alpha Vci - Vertical C.I. Sub-framing System

Alpha Vci creates an attachment plane for vertical panel layout. The vertical C.I. sub-framing system addresses fire safety, engineering and thermal performance. Alpha V brackets serve as engineered building block components for vertically oriented C.I. sub-framing. Alpha V brackets are fully-engineered and designed to incorporate intermittent Alpha brackets with continuous outer aluminum rails to create the "C.I. Sub-framing" layer. Alpha V brackets were engineered for superior performance and ease of installation.
