Chloe on Madison apartments earned LEED Platinum Certification

The Chloe on Madison mixed-use apartment building project earned a LEED Platinum certification. The design achieves an innovative balance of creativity and technical solutions.

The exterior cladding, high-density through-color fiber cement architectural panels, never needs painting. The panels, manufactured and designed to perform beautifully for decades, are virtually maintenance-free.
