Located steps from restaurants, galleries, parks, and shopping, the 21-story building combines modern urban living with expansive views of the Willamette River, West Hills, and Cascade Mountains. The exterior is clad with low-maintenance EQUITONE tectiva and linea high-density fiber cement panels in TE20 and LT20 colors, selected for their durability, refined texture, and natural appearance. The warm and cool panel tones complement Portland’s changing light, weather, and skyline while contributing to the building’s clean contemporary design.
Expansive cantilevered decks stretch across the length of the tower, connecting residents to the surrounding landscape and creating dramatic shadow lines across the facade. Deeply recessed and angled deck dividers add visual movement throughout the day as sunlight shifts across the exterior.
