Block 11

Block 11 is a new mixed-use building in Seattle's popular South Lake Union neighborhood.  Located across the street from the Stack House Apartments, the architect/owner team once again decided to clad a large portion of the building in Citadel Envelope 2000 metal composite panels. The Envelope 2000 DRV system is a field-assembled rainscreen system, allowing the installer to fabricate the architectural panels onsite to help maintain their schedule. The panel color is dark zinc anodized, which has a 20 year finish warranty and the beautiful appearance of a patinated quartz-zinc.
